1. Click Profile on the Navigation Bar above.
2. Above your info editor, there is something like this:
Information | Preferences | Signature | Avatar | Friends and foes | Topic being watched
...Click on Avatar.
3. Either upload a picture or put the pic's URL. Maximum size is 150x200pixels and do no exceed 64kb in size.
